Task definition
  • Construction of Hotels with 91 rooms and restaurant, education facilities Danube-University, Offices, Wellness area, Restaurant, Cafe und Hairdresser
  • It was required to investigate several variants of building technology for two different construction methods (Passive, construction regulation) from the cost-effectiveness point of view.
  • The system was to be designed as simple as possible in order to keep the investment and operation costs in a scheduled budget.

  • The estimation calculations were to be continuously up-dated until the tender period so that any modifications can be immediately evaluated
