Utilization of irregular damp excess accumulated within the production.
The biggest challenge was to find the consumer for the irregular damp excess taking into consideration the short amortization period of 2 years.
Solution
Within the direct neighbourhood it is planned to locate the large bio-diesel production plant with a production capacity of 200.000 t/year.
A connection pipe discharging 96% of the excess damp to the bio-diesel production plant is planned to be laid.
The amortisation period is 17 months and primary energy savings account for 1,3 Mio m³ earth gas per year.
