Based on existing concept the part of the municipality Kotor (Montenegro) was to be provided with the sewerage in order to improve the quality of see water.

Another task was to reduce the infiltration water in the sewers, rehabilitate the sewerage in the city part Plagenti and to support the waterworks in economical and technical issues

• One pumping station, 1.670 m long transmission line and approx. 670 m of sewers incl. HCs were constructed. All residential objects and three large objects could be connected to the main collector. By means of CCTV inspections illegal house connections were identified and repaired to comply with requirements.
• Within the public relation activities several promotions were performed and brochures distributed. 
• The institutional strengthening comprised among others tariff aspects, fees claiming, leakage identification and reduction of water losses.
